ANNUAL DAY – “SRIJAN 2025: NEW VISION, NEW FUTURE”

Education is not just about learning from books — it is about shaping the future with values, culture, creativity and confidence. Annual events offer students a platform to express themselves, showcase their talents and learn essential life skills that cannot be taught within classroom walls.

With this aim, St. Lawrence International School, Jagadhri celebrated its Annual Day ‘Srijan 2025: New Vision, New Future’ under the guidance of Eminent Educationist Dr. M. K.  Sehgal. The event was held in a grand and graceful atmosphere and witnessed the presence of distinguished guests from administrative, educational, industrial and social fields.

The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp before Lord Ganesha and Goddess Saraswati, followed by a warm welcome of all esteemed guests with shawls, floral bouquets and mementoes. Students presented remarkable cultural performances that reflected India's artistic heritage along with strong social messages. Items such as Ganesh Vandana, Bollywood Bonanza, Krishna Dance, Haryanvi Folk, Giddha, Bhangra and thematic presentations like “Efforts to Excellence” and “The School Journey” were highly appreciated.

Addressing the audience, the guests emphasized that schools are not merely academic institutions but training grounds for character, discipline and life values. They encouraged students to pursue their dreams with hard work, humility and positivity.

The event concluded with the National Anthem and heartfelt applause for the students and faculty. Parents, dignitaries, teachers and students attended the celebration in large numbers, making the evening memorable and meaningful.
